Welcome to EICS 2026 Registration. Please read the following policies carefully before proceeding.

EICS 2026 Privacy Declaration Summary

This registration site is managed by FastTravel SA for the purpose of collecting your personal data to process your registration for EICS 2026.

What we collect & why: We collect your contact, professional, and payment details to fulfill our contract with you (processing your ticket). We only collect sensitive data (dietary/accessibility needs) with your explicit consent to safely accommodate you at the venue.

Data Sharing: We share your data only with essential service providers e.g., payment platforms, conference organization committee, conference venues and the ACM. To understand how the ACM may manage your data, please read the ACM privacy policy here. We will never share your data with sponsors, exhibitors or other third parties.

Retention: We keep financial records as required by tax law, but delete your sensitive dietary/health data immediately after the event.

Your Rights: Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent for marketing or sponsor sharing at any time by contacting conferences@fastravel.gr.

ACM Privacy Policy

In participating, I acknowledge ACM’s Privacy Policy and agree to release/not release my information per the following:

Postal Mail Opt-In

ACM occasionally makes its conference attendee lists available to companies and other societies for IT related mailings. Please check one of the following which will apply to sharing your mailing information:

E-mail Opt-In

ACM does not sell, rent, or exchange email addresses of its members, conference attendees, etc. Conference attendees have the option of receiving announcements about new, improved and updated products and services available through ACM. Please check one of the following which will apply to the appearance of your name on those lists:

ACM Policy Against Harassment

In participating, I acknowledge ACM’s Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities and agree that behavior such as the following will constitute grounds for actions against me:

  • Abusive action directed at an individual, such as threats, intimidation, or bullying
  • Racism, homophobia, and other behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people
  • Sexual harassment of any kind, such as unwelcome sexual advances or words/actions of a sexual nature

If you are involved in or witness any such incident, please inform the event organizers.

ACM Sanctions Database

Please be informed that all conference registrations will be checked against the ACM Sanctions Database. If there are any matches, the conference organizers (those listed as Conference Chair(s) or Co-Chairs, Program Chair(s), or Program Co-Chairs) will be contacted by ACM Advocate.

Note for registrations as an ACM member and/or Student

Please note that if you are intending to register as an ACM member or Student in order to enjoy discounted registration rate, you will need to provide the relevant information in the next sections. Please be sure to have this information to hand before proceeding, as registration progress cannot be saved and resumed:

  • Your ACM registration number
  • Proof of student status upon registration date, in PDF format (valid student ID scanned on all applicable sides, or official letter from your university).

Acceptance of Policies

Acceptance of the aforementioned Policies is required to register for this event.
